I hope you all have a GREAT day....even though the people in Mexico don't celebrate....at least we can!!! :-)
We enjoy any holiday just so we can party!! It IS a legit holiday....the Mexicans just don't celebrate it. I asked one of my friends from Mexico...she said it was a holiday made in America to sell Mexican stuff...food...beer...etc....so....basically another St. Patricks day! Another reason to party and drink!! :-)
Happy Cinco De Mayo anyway!! And...yes...I DID eat at a Mexican restaurant today with my good friend/faux mom Kim today!!! Thanks Kim for lunch...and for giving me motherly talks!!!
