MY TAKE:

This is a great book! I highly recommend it to anyone needing to lose a lot of weight or even wanting to lose 5 pounds. It was really a great eye opener. It talks about taking one day at a time...which is a no brainer...but if you allow yourself to really think about it, it sinks in differently. For example...take small steps. Try to get small victories that will lead to the larger victories. Like....you didn't have that extra pop today...small victory! Keep it up...and eventually all of these small victories that become habits will end up being large victories! Don't beat yourself up for having that ice cream one night. The next day is a brand new day! Just start all over! Don't go into guilt mode because when you do, you start to feel bad, and for some people, that will lead to more eating! So...what she says has a lot of facts to it...at least in my life. It has a great meal plan, excercise plan, etc. It is a great book! Like I said....HIGHLY recommend it! Make sure you comment and you will be put in a drawing for a free book! I will draw out of a hat at the end of this weekend! Good luck!
